Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 5 – 7 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
- If an order is canceled or refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
- If a parcel is returned because the customer did not respond to courier calls or was unavailable or any other issue, reshipping charges will apply before the order is dispatched again and in that case, you should have to share delivery charges in Advance.
- Customers are requested to provide the correct shipping address and contact number when placing an order. If an order is shipped based on incorrect information provided by the customer and cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
